Privacy at tiktoksfx
Short, because there is very little to describe. No account exists to create, and a single email field is the only place the site ever asks you for anything.
Last updated September 2026.
The only thing we ever ask for
Browsing costs you nothing in data. Play any sound, download any sound, read any guide — none of it is gated, none of it requires signing in, and none of it puts your name against anything.
One field on the whole site asks for input: the email box beside the 50-sound zip. Typing an address there sends it to us. The download itself is handled by your own browser and would happen with or without it.
What we do with that address: keep it, so that if the library grows we have a way to tell you. That is the extent of it. No newsletter is running today, nothing is sold, nothing is rented, and nothing is passed to anyone else. Skip the field entirely and every sound is still yours individually.
Measurement
Like most sites, this one may run a standard traffic-measurement tool — Google Analytics or similar. What that produces is counts: which pages get opened, roughly which country a visit came from, whether the screen was a phone or a laptop. Those tools generally set a cookie to do their counting.
It tells us which guides are worth expanding and which pages are broken. It does not tell us who you are, and none of it goes anywhere else.
Other companies involved
A hosting provider serves these pages, and a measurement provider counts the visits. Each handles data under its own policy rather than this one.
Some pages link outwards — to CapCut, to TikTok’s own documentation, to licence terms we quote. Follow one of those and you are on their turf, under their rules.
Turning it off
Cookies can be cleared or blocked from your browser settings whenever you like; nothing here stops working if you do. Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of its analytics entirely.
Gave us an address at the zip download and changed your mind? Email us and it is deleted. Beyond that address, there is nothing of yours to delete.
Under-13s
This is a working resource aimed at people editing video, not a site built for children, and we do not knowingly take information from anyone under 13.
Revisions and getting in touch
If the site gains features that change any of the above, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Questions about any of it: hello@tiktoksfx.com.
