Downloading anything here means accepting what follows. It amounts to: the sounds are yours to use almost anywhere, and the files themselves stay here.

What the licence gives you
Every sound effect on this site carries a royalty-free licence. The moment a file lands on your machine you hold a permanent, worldwide right to put it into work of your own, whether that work earns money or not.
Concretely, that covers TikTok posts, YouTube uploads and Shorts, Reels, paid advertising, deliverables you hand to a client, sponsored and branded pieces, podcasts, software and games, and anything you present in a room. Nobody needs crediting, though we always like it when people do, and no fee arrives later — not per use, not annually, not ever.
The one boundary
You are licensed to use these files, not to supply them. So: don't sell the audio, don't give it away, don't fold it into a library or template bundle or marketplace listing where the sounds are what someone is actually paying for, and don't upload it to another sound site.
Nor should you present the recordings as your own work or register them with any content-identification service — doing that would cause other people's videos to be flagged for audio they were entitled to use.
The test is simple: inside something you made, fine. Handed on as a file, not fine.
Limits of what we promise
Everything here — the audio and the site around it — comes as it is, with no guarantee attached. We take care that what we publish is ours to publish and free of royalties, but how a given file behaves inside your particular project is something only you can judge.
So far as the law allows, we carry no liability for losses connected to using these sounds or this website.
Who we are not
This is an independent project. No connection exists between tiktoksfx and TikTok, ByteDance, Meta, Google or any editing-software company, and none of them endorse or sponsor it. Where their names appear, it is to describe what works with what. Those names and marks belong to the companies that own them.
Nor do we have any say over how those platforms act. Whether a particular upload gets muted, throttled or removed is their decision and outside anything we control.
